When you respond to others, how do you get their name in bold?

You will know when you did it right, because prior to posting, you will see this:

[~some random sequence of numbers:Individuals name]

Like they all said, type @ sign and name.. Sometimes you have to play with the spacing and initials, etc., but usually it is straight forward. :)
