Once you've completed the BHO to the best of your abilities to the new person. You can avail yourself should any questions arise via email but there comes a time when you must cut the umbilical cord.

Keep on keeping on until the door hits you in the ass on the way out. The new regime will have to figure out their own was of doing business. Unfortunately, some people have to learn the hard way. It's nice to keep in touch with your replacement but be aware that what worked for you might not work for someone else.

Well Its Hard I took a Motor pool From a 67% to over a 98% percent tile and it was really
Hard to let Go But Hopefully they might Swim or they May Not.
