Can I contact that office directly? What are my options when you get no answer about your bonus from the AMEDD incentives office? In the reserves you can just go visit them as your non-duty time is on your hook. You're an officer so be one, be forthright and speak directly to the source and have them explain the problem. Take hard copies of any emails you received & that you have sent to the person so as to involve their 'boss'. Be sure to alert your own COC of your intent. You may want to leverage their 'power'. Response by SFC Ralph E Kelley made Dec 19 at 2021 7:27 AM 2021-12-19T07:27:10-05:00 2021-12-19T07:27:10-05:00 2021-12-17T11:15:09-05:00
