When will we see a real bionic man with super skills?

As technology advances, I wonder how close we are to seeing a real "Six Million Dollar Man" or "Bionic Woman?" There is a real bionic man but he is essentially a robot. I'm talking about a bionic man or woman who doesn't look like a robot, and is very much still human, but has amazing strength, speed, hearing or vision. Ever think we will actually see one? And who among you ever played team sports and wished you could secretly have bionic speed or strength to be the surprise hero and win the game? And what would a genuine bionic Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine be like? Your thoughts?

With the medical advancements being made I would say in the next 100 years or so.
