when will the families of the Gulf War era get the same level of benefits as the Vietnam and post 9-11 veterans?

the original family care act was supposed to provide financial support for spouse / family members and it does for soldiers of post 9-11 and for Vietnam era families but still not for Gulf War era veterans and I would love to know why

Just remember that the gov't promised the Indians if they turned in their guns and moved to the reservation, the gov't would care for them. Ask them how that is working heh!

Push Your local Congress member to do their job for a change and this is part of what they should be doing.but aren't ! Perhaps a Veteran's organization would be a good contact to continue or start a push. It seems Congress has spent so much time fighting with each other and other branches of government, being self serving only and not doing the job they were elected to do they have failed You and all the citizens of this country. Most member of Congress have no concept of You service and I'm sorry to say don't even care. I suspect that's not news to You though, You did earn those rights through Your service and I find it criminal that You are not able to receive them as You should have been able to.
