Especially in this age of purging and drawdowns, the word is to not volunteer for dismissal.<br /><br />You're so close...<br /><br />(And I get about the urge to transition being strong...)<br /><br />So very close. It seems you've bet not just your future, but the credit for your past as well (that could be true in many ways.)
