As an ACQ guy now, I feel your pain. We get our money in March and then are asked in April why we're not at 50% burn rate. And that's knowing full well that contracting will take 6 months to a year to execute anything. I agree, there should be a better system out there. All of those things oddly enough were in Fedlog with NSN.
