In my opinion this is the root of all waste in the army. Everyone says, "It is used as a measuring stick on how well you execute your funds" well we are Executing our budget, the army is murdering it.When will the army change the insanity of how our budget works?2014-05-02T11:47:09-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member117092<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Why must every cent received be spent this year in order to justify money for the next FY? As an ACQ guy now, I feel your pain. We get our money in March and then are asked in April why we're not at 50% burn rate. And that's knowing full well that contracting will take 6 months to a year to execute anything.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made May 2 at 2014 11:49 AM2014-05-02T11:49:55-04:002014-05-02T11:49:55-04:00SGT Thomas Lucken117190<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Don't help when Congress and the CINC keep screwing with budget! I agree, there should be a better system out there. All of those things oddly enough were in Fedlog with NSN.Response by PO2 Maxwell Jones made Nov 7 at 2014 11:21 PM2014-11-07T23:21:19-05:002014-11-07T23:21:19-05:002014-05-02T11:47:09-04:00
