I have been separated under ch13 for failing DLTP, I have a secondary MOS of 91B, my BA flag was lifted on wed may 30th but the the profile to transfer to the national guard that the RCC is looking at still shows the 9V code ( pending separation). I was separated with an honorable discharge . I have spoken with the RCC and there is a 91B slot in the NG, but she can’t make the contract up until the 9V code comes off. On my ERB there are no flags and my Reenlistment eligibility is blank( no 9V code). June 5th is my ETs day. I was told my another career counselor that the 9V code should be off the Rentention profile on Tuesday ( as she called it the refresh day) is this true or because I was discharge honorablely under ch 13 will it stay on there and I will have to try and re-enlist in the NG via recruiter

As your career counselor mentioned, it should come off on the "refresh day."
