When is the earliest I can sign an enlisted contract with a parent or guardian signature?

I plan on joining the USMC when is the earliest I can sign with a parent or guardian signature I am 16 as of right now I turn 17 March 31, 2019.

You can sign up at 17 with parents consent. However, you must be at least between your JR and SR year and graduating within 365 days.
