I know back in 2005, I had to pull guard duty at Ft. Jackson on a guy who was going to ETS and not sure what he did with his GTC but he ended up in the slammer for it.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 6 at 2016 9:17 AM2016-12-06T09:17:40-05:002016-12-06T09:17:40-05:001SG Private RallyPoint Member2136536<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No absolutely not. You are to turn your card in to your unit for deactivation. You can file for a travel advance for your DITY move to help cover expenses. Anything you charge on your card is not authorized so you will be liable to pay it all back without reimbursement.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 6 at 2016 9:28 AM2016-12-06T09:28:00-05:002016-12-06T09:28:00-05:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member2136636<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No, as turning in your GOVTCC is part of your out-processing.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 6 at 2016 9:56 AM2016-12-06T09:56:03-05:002016-12-06T09:56:03-05:00Cpl Justin Goolsby2137262<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No. Your GTC should be cut up or confiscated prior to getting out.Response by Cpl Justin Goolsby made Dec 6 at 2016 1:00 PM2016-12-06T13:00:42-05:002016-12-06T13:00:42-05:00Maj Marty Hogan2137882<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>They should take it from you when you out process- no way to recoup if you over spend.Response by Maj Marty Hogan made Dec 6 at 2016 4:25 PM2016-12-06T16:25:45-05:002016-12-06T16:25:45-05:002016-12-06T08:20:22-05:00
