When do the police arrive on the see of a 911 call

Statistics show that a majority of the time a 911 call is placed that responding officers arrive in time to hang the yellow tape. What are you thoughts? Mine.............It is better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6

When seconds count the police are only minutes away. Sometimes longer in Tucson. Our city police are extremely undermanned and I have heard talk of sometimes taking hours to respond to calls for help.

That is a good point, but you have to be able to be clear and concise on the chain of events of the incident. Also know a good lawyer.
