I was reviewing my most recent DD214 and saw &quot;NCO Professional Development Ribbon (2nd Award).&quot; I haven&#39;t yet completed Phases 2 &amp; 3, so I thought that was kind of odd. AR 600-8-22 specifically states that Soldiers Soldiers &quot;are eligible for this award for *satisfactory completion* of the respective NCO Education System or RC – NCO Education System courses.&quot; So I guess my question is, is completing one out of multiple phases of a course considered &quot;completion&quot; for the purposes of the NCOES Ribbon? When do I put the '2' device on my NCOES ribbon? 2024-10-18T11:39:12-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 8890167 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;ve attended BLC and Phase 1 of ALC. You have completed a phase in the NCOES course, you have not completed the NCOES course itself. You have to complete all phases to get the award. But if you find out I&#39;m wrong let me know because I never completed the last phase of BNCOC (2 of 3 phases) so I&#39;ve only have my empty NCOPD from 2005 PLDC (pre BLC) for 19 years. :( Response by SSG Carlos Madden made Oct 21 at 2024 3:12 PM 2024-10-21T15:12:06-04:00 2024-10-21T15:12:06-04:00 2024-10-18T11:39:12-04:00
