From all the articles I've read I see OCP to be rolled but does not mention ACU. They are all Army Combat Uniforms (ACU) but in different patterns. Universal Camoflouge Pattern (UCP), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) Camouflage Pattern, and Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP).
