Service Members always have "someone" to talk talk to. It's about using the less than traditional methods of providing awareness. For me, the way I know my Soldiers just by talking to them and my ever engaged approach, they feel compelled to talk to me. Leaders must show compassion. It must be the reason we put our uniform on.

When I say less than traditional, I mean this "new" way of not listening to troops and the first option is to send to them to the professionals.
I mean are troops taught when they are being groomed to be a compassionate leader or are they groomed to accomplish the mission and leave it to the services for troops to make appointments?

I can promise you one thing God is always listening if you just talk to him.
