Lacey/ Olympia area isn't bad and can put some BAH back in your pocket without leeching your property open to higher crime rates.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 6 at 2018 9:47 PM2018-07-06T21:47:40-04:002018-07-06T21:47:40-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member3772764<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I stayed in that neighborhood on American lake. If you venture down into Lacey and further south your money will stretch a little further. The prices for housing in Pierce County have ski rocketed over the past 10 years.... start off by getting into an apartment or a duplex first...stick some money away and then if you are feeling froggy you'll have something to use for a house... just my 2 cents!
