What would you say to those individuals who have been outright anti-Trump,as they spend their economic impact checks?

Since I can recall, but especially since the Obama Administration, I have been very conscious about speaking negative words concerning the POTUSs. For me, regardless of political party or individual, I don't believe the public will ever fully know the truth about the politics or the person. Just as Former President Obama did, now does President Trump, delivers to eligible citizens a stimulus check. I have learned through experience, observation, and wisdom that it is a dangerously slippery slope to stañd in judgement and criticism of our own government, whether it is based on good, bad, or indifferent information.

The same could be said about anyone who has said that other government support us "socialism." They, equally, should not cash their checks. Actually, more so.

This stimulus didn't solely come from POTUS. Congress initiated and passed it.

The stimulus money came from the taxpayers. There is no magic pot of Congress money or Persident money. It’s all taxpayer money. If a person needs the money then use it. If you don’t need the money then contribute to a charity.

Party affiliation or support for a candidate has zero relevance to accepting a government benefit/entitlement. The rules are the rules.

I dislike the current tax code. I don't think there should be any deductions, exemptions, or difference between salary and wages, and capital gains. There should be one flat rate applied to every penny of income. It doesn't make me a hypocrite if I follow the rules as they exist now. It makes me a fool if, on principle, I pay more than I have to.

I would say it was neither Obama nor Trump that "gave" us a stimulus check. It was Congress.

Thank you my friend PO3 Phyllis Maynard for posting an excellent question.
Typically many left-leaning folks credit the divided Congress for providing stimulus checks of taxpayer funds.
My darling wife and her 97-year-old mom have received their stimulus check. The two adult sons living with us and I have not yet received our checks - God's timing is perfect.
I will use my mine to pay down my mother-in-law's tax debt and for groceries primarily.

I am thankful we have President Trump leading us at this time - we need a strong leader who does not support corrupt cronies. I don't agree with all he does or says but I trust his judgement and business acumen. I am also thankful that George W. Bush was POTUS on 9-11-2001.
Thankfully God is in control. I di not support Donald Trump until God told me to pray for him in August 2016. I questioned God and HE reiterated.
I had been praying for the President and his wife since George H.W. Bush was President. I realized that God had chosen Donald Trump for HIS own reasons.
