Ok so another question from all the Veterans out there. I have been volentold to chair a board for an event in Charlotte. We are getting anything we can find to have a booth. It will not be a career fair, more like a transition fair. We will have VA reps, Homes for heroes, Financial advisers for all those TSP's, and a few others will be there too. What else would you want there that can help? The goal is for all the programs to get into one spot for the guys who can use them. I am looking for a wide range of input, so anything you got we want to hear.

Sounds great. My first questions would be:
1. What is the budget
2. What is the exact goal of the booth (besides the obvious of getting all providers there)
3. Why should anyone come to your stand?
Before you answer, pretend I am in 3rd grade, the answers need to be very, very detailed and simple, describing as intricate as you can.
This is an exercise to help focus and act strategically afterwards.

Otherwise the "what" is indeed the important factor. You have a great, honorable idea, now what will the Vets get out of it besides speaking to the various organizations and why is this different then when they are elsewhere?
