Civilian Recruitiers and Supporters what would expect in a truly 3D Immerssive Interactive Job Fair? I'm not talking about the Virtual Job Fairs out there today.

What would the "bell and whistles" look like for you?

RP Members transitoning, looking for employment, and the ability to connect with employers all over the country in a single location, what would you want in a Virtual Job Fair?

In a virtual 3D interactive job fair I would expect to find much the same as in a real world job fair.
Professionally to casual dressed avatars
Participants
Hiring agents and managers
Individual stalls or tables for different companies
A variety of different hosts
A way to exchange information (v cards) and resumes
The ability to conference.

The bells and whistles would look like people that I could talk to. This sounds like me calling the cable company and saying "agent" over and over to get out of the automated response infinite loop. Any company that can't spare an articulate spokesperson to answer my questions and persuade me that their company is a good match is not for me. Does anybody else think that civilization started to decline with the invention of the steam engine?

As a Recruiter, my wish is that I could see the candidate I am talking with--some sort of Skype technology comes to mind.
