SPC James Foster 1776203

My landlord has a 5th wheel sitting in my driveway in front of my house. He made a promise to move it out before I moved in. That was June 30th. My girlfriend is 100 percent disabled and i am 60 percent.

It is very difficult to have family over as many of them have disabilities as well. I have social problems so having visitors keeps me from doing something stupid or becoming depressed. What would you do if your landlord created a hazard on your property? 2016-08-03T19:17:01-04:00 SPC James Foster 1776203

My landlord has a 5th wheel sitting in my driveway in front of my house. I have tried the nice approach by asking when he plans to remove the obstacle out of the driveway. Nothing but excuses. Lack of communication.

The only thing he could use against me is I let a friend move into my house before notifying him. However after getting to know this friend, he wants to add her to the lease.

Not only that he has repeatedly come over to repair his truck and his brothers car without the courtesy of notifying me.

Today he brings over his brothers car again not notifying me in advance, blocking my car in. I have family coming over and had i known, I would have asked him to come over another day.
