I question whether the guy's a Marine though, because of the hair he has going in the back. I've never seen a Marine with that much hair. (Or is that part of the helmet? That may be it. It looked like hair when I first watched it, but when I stopped the video it looked like it could be a rubber or plastic part of the helmet.)

As far as dealing with that behavior: The bare minimum would be a strong counseling. Probably something stronger would be in order. In many states it can count as simple assault even if no physical violence took place. In California, where it looks like this video took place, this could fall under "criminal threat" laws. Can you imagine if this were to happen to your wife?

It's one thing if this was two people in a bar who got in each other's way and it's one word against the other, but this is a Marine who sounds like he ran a stop sign and then began threatening a woman in her car on the side of a road. That is a disgrace to the Marine Corps, and these kinds of threats of violence must be taken extremely seriously... this is exactly the kind of behavior that can be a precursor to people thinking that domestic violence is ok. If these kinds of incidents aren't taken seriously with charges then we are sending a message that they can get away with other violence, like domestic violence. These people need help and should be disciplined.

http://www.kpbs.org/news/2013/apr/08/camp-pendleton-marine-investigated-road-rage-incid/

Camp Pendleton Marine Investigated For Road Rage Incident (+Video)

Camp Pendleton officials say the Marine Corps sergeant caught on tape in a road rage incident is being investigated for "potential legal or administrative proceedings."

Response by LTC Yinon Weiss made Nov 28 at 2014 8:42 PM 2014-11-28T20:42:36-05:00 2014-11-28T20:42:36-05:00 CMSgt James Nolan 346259

As I have said in the past, "If I cannot make you smarter, I will make you stronger".

Were this a troop of mine and I were to find out that this had happened, we would have what would amount to major issues.
