What would you ask the Vice Chief of Staff?

Tomorrow I am attending a briefing that the Vice Chief of Staff will be present at. What would you ask? Based on the number of quality NCOs I have that have tattoos below the elbow or knee I'm tempted to ask why the Army has closed the Officer and Warrant Officer ranks to those individuals with tattoos. May not be what I go with if I'm even selected to ask a question, but I don't see where their appearance is more important than their quality or experience. Off my soap box and back to the original question, what would you ask?

"Who's on Report Now?" I'm sorry I was Master at Arms to Chief of Staff for COMSPAWARSYSCOM and I had to present Article 15's to him and it sucked. Standing next to an Idiot while the Admiral served him a New A**Hole.

I have come to the understanding that there is always more than you realize. When I am asked what are my questions I usually don't have one. But there is always more to learn so ask anything, whether you think its stupid or not someone else has the same question. So maybe ask a question regarding question of something that was unclear to you in the briefing. Hope that helps.
