What would someone who doesn't like you say about you?

This is a question GEN(R) McChrystal asks during interviews of potential employees. He stated he used it while on active duty as a "window into personality". The question forces candidates to consider their least attractive qualities and also muster enough courage to share them with someone who holds power over there careers (Kevin Lamarque-Reuters). So fellow RPers, how would respond to this question?

I think people would say that I am sometimes too pushy when it comes to getting things done to get stuff done. Or I have the attention span of a....on look something bright colored.

There are very few issues I don't have an opinion on.
There are fewer issues that I don't believe my opinion is correct.
Many think that means that I am close-minded.

1SG Private RallyPoint Member That Colonel can be a real "Son of a Bitch" sometimes, but he knows where he is going, how to do it, why it has to be done, and when it will get done! My former spouses would day, "He's an A**Hole!" I would reply " A whole A**!" Give credit where credi is due!

I have flagrantly been called a B*tch... Which translates to me as someone who is direct, won't compromise for less, refusing to tolerate injustice, stands up for the little guy, capable of getting sh*t done. Uhm, I am ok with that. ;)

More than likely nothing I care about.
If it's a given that they don't like me nothing they say can or should be taken at face value anyway as it will obviously be biased.
That aside....heard my whole career....."Ron's a good guy, and the best at his job, but he is kinda....well....big.....do you really want to put him front and center"

He's friction he won't let Soldiers get away with certain things that others have let slide. At least that is what the other candidates thought in OCS.

Just as a casual observation here, but I think if anyone were actually asked that question in an interview, they should REALLY consider their approach to their answer.

For example, I'm not sure it would be so wise to immediately offer an answer--to do so, I would think, would subtly imply that maybe the reason the candidate (YOU) can so easily come up with an answer is because there are alot of people who really don't like you.

Instead, I would consider starting my answer with something like, "hm...Well, I strive very hard to foster relationships with others. I work very hard at being attuned/aware of my surroundings, however, I really don't believe there are many people that truly dislike me. While I certainly can't speak for someone who may dislike me, I would think it would be because ________ ."

I've been called an @$$hole on more than one occasion. I wear it like an honor badge because that means I have crossed the gender threshold. I have also been told that I am very intimidating at first but once people get to know me I am not always the hard @$$ I come across as.
