I suspect that very little would happen. He faithful would be struck blind and miss it. Her detractors would Tweet until carpal tunnel syndrome rendered them mute. And the majority of people would continue to avoid the news

Hopefully she'd do the decent thing and withdraw from the race due to health concerns. Hopefully the Democrats would see the lesson they learned in 2008 and change out for someone who can actually with the election.

Of course I would laugh. For the record, I don't think there is anything wrong with her health beyond what has been reported which is fairly normal for a woman her age. However, the maintenence of her health depends on her own decision making and that is what is flawed and keeps getting her into trouble. To quote a Hillary campaign worker "you try and tell Hillary to drink more water and see what happens to you". That's the kind of environment for a campaign she is running.

I think it would be the end of her campaign and the Democrats would still try tg put her in office emphasizing that her VP pick is more than capable to take over. Too late now to field a new candidate.
