Lean Cuisine is great for tasty and portion controlled means - plus protein powder shakes (supplement with frozen fruit blended into a shake) - for high protein low carb diet - with exercise at the gym three or four times a week to get in your cardio (30 minutes) and build up leg muscles (30 minutes to build muscle that consumes any excess calaories while resting). Try keeping calorie intake below 2000 to 2500 calories. Get FitBit or similar activity tracker to ensure you keep up your sleep,and exercise every day. Take vitamin supplement to avoid deficits. Use coconut oil for chicken and long grain brown rice. find different ways of cooking them and only eat fist size portions.
