What is or where is the greatest monument or memorial of the US Civil War? Why? I say Gettsyburg because it was so massive, so decisive and a great turning point in the war. Vicksburg would be second in my book.

I agree with Gettysburg!! I have been there several times and there is no greater hallowed ground than that battle field. It was a great view to stand on Little Round Top in the early hours of the morning with the fog covering the battlefield around Devil's Den. You got a sense of what they were up against. Truly amazing and yes, the most decisive victory in the Civil War for the Union Army.
