When you were younger - much younger, what was your favorite military related toy or game? Or did you not have any ? Or did you make your own ? Do you still own it?

GI Joe back in the day... Especially the WWII series, and then the ones with life-like hair. I had Adventure Team (AT) too, but that was not a good era.

The only 'military' game or toy I had growing up was Battleship. I enjoyed it a lot.

That changed as an adult. From the time I was promoted to Sergeant (2003) until the day I traded in my rockers for a bar (2013), I was given dozens of Sergeant Slaughter action figures. the funny thing is, almost every time, the person giving it to me thought they were clever and were being original. Ha.

My first was a toy cap gun, then I had a couple of Jeep cars, the green plastic Army figures and finally a G.I. Joe. Sorry guys I had brothers and did everything they did even football/blood ball. I was the smallest kid on the block and a total Tom boy!
