What was the end result of the staff at the US Embassy in Cuba getting ill? Did they discover if it was sonic warfare or pulses?

Does anyone know what happened or what was the result of the American Staff at the US Embassy getting sick a couple of years ago at the Cuban Embassy? - I believe it was initially claimed they were "bombarding" the embassy with pulses.
