It weeds out those weak and under performing brain cells. Ensures more efficient brain operation.
That's what i told my kids when they'd tell me i was killing brain cells by drinking beer.

PO1 Brian Austin - Hahaha That's a good one. Maybe I'll use that on my kids as well. Thanks!

SGT David Ortiz-González Sudoku is a mind-active game, and can be played with pencil and paper - no worries about battery failure. Gardening, whether on a balcony or in a back yard, is an activity that challenges deeply. To be a gardener requires one to become optimistic, and to have a view into a future when the plants will be in bloom, or vegetables will be harvestable. Aikido has been a part of my mental fitness regime for many years as well. Lotsa stuff, including beer drinking, as one respondent pointed out, to keep one's mind busy.

Aikido and Soduko are two things I have yet to try but I'm always looking for new ideas for self care for myself and for others as well. Thanks for the comment Jim!

Just wondering, what type of beer so you enjoy? I'm a fan of all kinds. I would love to know if you have one that I haven't tried.

SGT David Ortiz-González My all time favorite beer is Fraziskaner (not very available here in western NC) but mostly Corona. Lots of craft beer folks here, Oskar Blues whose beers I find too hoppy, and Sierra Nevada which does have some tasty types. Mostly cold and wet meets the requirements

I'd have to put those on my list. I prefer Modelo over Corona even though they're from the same brewing company.

Because I have discovered nowhere in my house is safe from my sons, I no longer buy the sudoku books. I do them on my iPad, though.
