What tools do you use to manage training?

I've noticed a trend to define training as something that only occurs when powerpoint or a computer is present. I wanted to counter that trend and created an online form for my NCOs to fill out after they've conducted training.

Although in beta, here's some of the output.

If you could build your own training management tool what would it have?

Interesting looking tool. I would want to be able to populate the Task Condition and Standards out of the Training and Readiness manuals then track % accomplished toward those goals.
