What tools do you use for locking in a meeting time?

I often have meetings across time zones. I'm curious if anyone has use Doodle, or to know what your recommendations are.

MAJ Raúl Rovira I use MS Outlook Office Assistant. It works well for (1) internal meeting attendance (2) for people who use their Calendar properly (3) reminding participants that have accepted the meeting.

It doesn't work well for
- external participants if you frequently have external people you need to meet with.
- organizational tumble weeds that reject calendars or don't put all their commitments on it.
- bosses who don't respect calendars and commitments and overlay their spur of the minutemeeting requirements over the top of whatever you planned to do.

I use Calendly. It’s been a huge time saver for our team.
