I personally know many a folk that have done the virtual PME training. Some good reviews, some bad. I've yet to experience a PME course with COVID. Doubt I will, either.

I've heard the same thing. One negative I keep hearing is the lack of comradery and the leadership learning aspect. I have met some of my longest Army relationships in training schools. I still reach out to some of them for advise.

My captain course became a literal check the box. It’s only GO/NO-GO, and as you can imagine it’s a very low bar to be a No-Go.

No ACFT
No ranked exams
No Brownie Points for eval Bullets

In the end we probably suffered in our overall education and expected proficiency, but the gears of PME continued forward.

If one wants an easy GO for a critical career milestone this is their window of opportunity.
