What temperature do you like to have your room when you sleep?

I like it cold, and I always have a fan blowing, as much for air circulation as well as ambient noise.

About 68 is perfect! A little cool makes it nice!

Don't have AC, so we sleep with the temp at whatever it is in the summer. But I much prefer it cool. We usually turn the heat down to 55 to 58 at night during the 6-7 months a year we run heat in Wisconsin. Keep it around 65-68 in the day.
