Typically Assertive, but that can definitely change based on conditions.

I believe in a balance. As others have said situations call for different styles but I have learned that the assertive style is the best for relationships.

I use assertive a lot but I also leverage passive too. It really all comes down to the situation you are facing.

My vote being said, I believe that a combination of styles is most effective.

I think that the best form of communication would be a fine blend of the three that is tailored to the situation.
