CPT Private RallyPoint Member 431570 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>RLAS has been affecting my soldiers negatively these past few months. December was particularly difficult for some of my soldiers. Our CPT, 1SG, and myself have suggested that our soldiers file congressionals to speed up the recovery process of the RLAS program. It is getting rediculous that our Unit Administrator is having to submit pay manually and receive approval prior to payment versus using an easy system.
