What should my NCOER include after going TDY en route to a new duty station, but instead being sent right back to my previous unit? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-should-my-ncoer-include-after-going-tdy-en-route-to-a-new-duty-station-but-instead-being-sent-right-back-to-my-previous-unit <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>A few months ago I went TDY enroute to my next duty station. I completely cleared post and had my NCOER signed off. After successfully reclassing completing the course, my orders were rescinded and I was sent back to my previous unit. My command and I believed that I would receive orders in a few weeks but it ended up taking 3 months. Now my command wants to give me a new NCOER for the 3 months plus the TDY. My questions are, what should be included in the NCOER, will not having much look bad, and will a letter of continuity be sufficient? You can&#39;t do nothing when the Army makes drastic changes like in your situation.<br /><br />Good luck. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 22 Oct 2019 17:14:26 -0400 2019-10-22T17:14:26-04:00 Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 22 at 2019 5:15 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-should-my-ncoer-include-after-going-tdy-en-route-to-a-new-duty-station-but-instead-being-sent-right-back-to-my-previous-unit?n=5155211&urlhash=5155211 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Letter of continuity would be my advise. You were at school and on TDY for part of the time, making those non-rated periods. It is unlikely the rating time periods are met for your rater or Sr rater. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 22 Oct 2019 17:15:38 -0400 2019-10-22T17:15:38-04:00 Response by SFC Ralph E Kelley made Oct 22 at 2019 9:02 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-should-my-ncoer-include-after-going-tdy-en-route-to-a-new-duty-station-but-instead-being-sent-right-back-to-my-previous-unit?n=5155858&urlhash=5155858 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If it was a bad NCOER maybe. If it was a good NCOER why worry. SFC Ralph E Kelley Tue, 22 Oct 2019 21:02:15 -0400 2019-10-22T21:02:15-04:00 2019-10-22T16:43:53-04:00
