Re-read all of your work while in ALC school so that you don't write as you speak. We all sound different when speaking then when we are writing. Writing is more of a literacy experience. This will also assist you as your higher educational experiences and military leadership require you to be a more mindful writer. Don't worry about how the school is going to prepare for your arrival and learning experience. That's an expenditure of energy and effort of you that isn't needed. As you become higher in the ranks, it's important to learn to delegate and trust others in their lanes. When we, as NCO's, help others to become greater in their own careers, reaching possibilities they didn't think possible, by allowing them to experience mis-takes (we never fail unless we fail to learn) and what that mis-take requires of them and from them to correct, we co-create unlimited potentiality. Focus on your lessons to come, improving your writing skills, and the obligations to yourself for your greater good and let the school focus on how they will fulfill their own obligations. You will be and do great.Response by SFC Cynthia Eyer made Nov 19 at 2020 8:00 AM2020-11-19T08:00:24-05:002020-11-19T08:00:24-05:002020-11-19T07:32:31-05:00
