Always be looking for talent. As an recruiter, you are never off duty in this regard! Keep yourself in good physical shape! Your entire day should be mapped out! For starters to prospect for talent, where young people go, meetings with applicants and their families, time to get referrals, appointments to follow up with applicants. If you can your day should built in time segments, so have ample time to find, process follow up, ad get them to MEPS for processing!Success in Recruiting is about developing habits and behaviors for success!
