If you know his bomber group find out if they have a facebook group or some kind of association affiliated with it. My Grandfathers bomber group is still very active and is being carried on by a lot of the children and grandchildren. If you know the bomber group number let me know, I can ask the guy that runs my grandfathers and he might be able to point you in the right direction.
