If you disclosed something at MEPS, i.e. a heart murmur, then there would be medical evidence to cover the disclosure how else would you know you had the condition. If it were something determined during the MEPS physical you would be referred back to doctor to provide further examination and documentation. Nothing anybody says on here can really help you since they don't know your specific situation. It’s find the records or don’t serve. Not to sound like a jerk, but there is something they are seeing from your packet or physical that is prompting the request. So they see something. Do your records have documentation of that condition? Generally you will find that you put something down that your records don't show, things like childhood asthma, or taking drugs for Attention Deficiency, or some operation. I would speak to your recruiter and have him find out specifically what records they need?
