What should I do and who to contact about E-7 October promotion list?

I am graduating from 25E MOS school tomorrow. I have just discovered that I have made the E7 promotion list for my old MOS (91A) without attending SLC for 91A. Is it possible for me to still get promoted to in my new MOS (25E) and attend SLC within the next 12 months? And what should I do?

You have to contact enlisted promotions branch. What is supposed to happen is that once you change your MOS you will be integrated into the new MOS with an OML position that matches your previous one. However, you are being promoted into an MOS that is no longer yours. They'll have to tell you what will happen.

A similar, but not the same, situation happened to me as a SSG. I had to turn down the promotion in my old MOS to retain my new one MOS and recompete the following year. It took me two more years to get promoted, but it was the best choice. Good luck
