Everyone communicates, but if you want to be an effective leader, you need to connect with people. This book shows you how. This one also happens to be my favorite of his books. I know. That's a shocker. *grin*<br />The 360 Degree Leader: This book talks about how to be a leader when you're also a follower. This applies to easily 99% of the leaders in the world and all of the leaders in the military. You will be leading troops, but you will be following as well.
