Taking care of your Soldiers is always the the number 1 concern. Always make time to take care of yourself. Updating your ERB is easy and it can be done at any time. Showing your Soldiers that you care will have a tremendous impact on your organizational. In return, when they become leaders they will do the same.Response by SFC Christopher Walker, MAOM, DSL made Apr 21 at 2014 11:44 AM2014-04-21T11:44:32-04:002014-04-21T11:44:32-04:00SGM Private RallyPoint Member142906<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think training my Soldiers and ensuring they can perform their wartime mission is the most important thing.Response by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 3 at 2014 6:02 PM2014-06-03T18:02:31-04:002014-06-03T18:02:31-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member2838747<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Question to answer the question.
