Having recently attended several briefings about fraternization, I would offer a word of caution when it comes to online gaming. Keep it within your respective peer groups (junior enlisted, senior enlisted, junior officers, etc.) unless conducted as a command sanctioned event. This can help avoid any inappropriate or potentially uncomfortable situations.

I forgot to mention that it'll probably help to send a message before you send a party invite, i tend to ignore random party invites from people I don't recognize like phone calls from bill collectors.
