Any recommendation I can do about that? My knee flares up on me! Conventional can be done bare-foot. Snatch grip works well for my traps and sumo...well if I want to build my glutes I'll mix it in lol Response by SMSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 4 at 2016 11:29 AM 2016-03-04T11:29:04-05:00 2016-03-04T11:29:04-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 1354498 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>the old school palms towards the rear, legs as straight as my hams will let them, head lifted as far as I can to keep good form and prevent back injury then focus on lifting with gluts and hams. I work my weight up slowly. I don't go for max very often for fear of injury. so an average set is 135 x 15, 185 x 12, 205 x 10, and 225 x 10 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 4 at 2016 12:38 PM 2016-03-04T12:38:13-05:00 2016-03-04T12:38:13-05:00 SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member 1354653 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Surprised <a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="618286" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/618286-sfc-stephen-king">SFC Stephen King</a> hasn't responded yet...
