What's your favorite cola?

I have vacillated between Coke and Dr. Pepper (only drank Pepsi when nothing else was available). Truth is, I'd rather have a root beer (preferably home made)

CPT Jack Durish I used to drink Tab but mainly drink Diet Coke now. I am trying to limit myself to three cans a day. When I used to drink regular sodas, Coke was my preference over Pepsi.

I'll drink things other than Coke but prefer coke. I hate all the diet Sodas, they don't taste right and I won't drink them. Nothing taste like sugar except sugar. I've been avoiding soda for the most part and drink water, Milk or fruit juice. If i have a soda usually its coke, root beer or orange drink. A root beer float which is root beer and vanilla ice cream in it is a nice treat at times.

Changed over time. It's Diet Coke now if I have anything. Coke back in the day. Running off 'Nam on a tin can has the crew inventing all sorts of criteria for best. A factor we used besides taste was "belchability". There RC was a favorite. And that Dr. Pepper aka carbonated prune juice stuff? No way.

Some people smoke, drink, or do drugs. My habit was always Mt. Dew.

We only drank water or milk in Basic, so I had to suspend my habit for a whlle. After a few weeks, I bought a six pack of Mt. Dew on our first base liberty and chugged as many as I could in the 30 minutes we had.

Then the caffeine and sugar hit after lights out that night. I laughed like a little school girl trying to go to sleep.

Grew up in an area where any soft drink was called a coke.
Prefer a Coke made with real sugar. Until they recently came out with Coke Life, liked Coke Zero.

Vernor's ginger ale. Vernors is an American ginger ale brand. It was created in 1866 by James Vernor, a Detroit pharmacist. Sun Drop is second. Faygo Rock & Rye third.

I drink La Croix. It's totally free of all sugar and artificial sweeteners but it sill satisfies the soda craving. I feel a lot healthier since making the switch.

I am a Dr. Pepper/Mr. Pibb soda drinker. I also like a good root beer. I've been known to drink Henry Weinhardt's Root Beer or creme soda whenever I find it in the store.
