Baker 2048729 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was teaching my wife to shoot a pistol and showed her the proper way to wrap her hands around the weapon, when I turned to reload a magazine, she had taken her thumb and slipped it to the other side of the grip and pulled the trigger, forcing the slide backward that sliced her hand into a bleeding mess, not a little, a lot, she still has the scar and has never shot a slide pistol again. She now uses a revolver named Sally! That was in the basement of the gun shop where I picked up my deployment pistol! A KIMBER .45. Response by CW5 Sam R. Sorry you&#39;ve had a bad experience with your local shops. The establishments I frequent locally put function over appearance. You can get the $2000 guns but my dealers are just as happy selling you a $500 version that works just as well or better. Never had a problem with them trying to up sale me in fact they saved me money by talking me out of a Benelli Super Nova and into a Stoeger M3000.
