SGT Stopped at a welcome station going into Arkansas. They had local hs and chips to dip. Tried Fire, then tried water fountain. Another was a dish in Thailand.

We like home made things more than something we can buy. The Mrs comes from a long line of TexMex and Apachee people.... Her original Salsa is plenty hot for most people, in fact it is too hot for us today. (hell getting older) But she used to make her normal, then because some people just couldn't deal with the real thing she made a milder version. But if we were having a party she would make up a batch of what I named "I dare you". I'm not sure if there was anything in it other than Habaneros and Tomatillos. Of course her recipe went only to her daughters.... And now granddaughters.

I have some stuff called :Alien Anal Probe: it is lethal. Also, there was some stuff in the OP Fridge on OP 3-9 on the MFO Mission that some guys had left there long ago, that one micro drop of it would peal the skin.

Insanity Sauce or Ghost Pepper.... I've had both in High School and got sent home because I had a reaction.... I do not sit well with spicy food at all... I swear, It was like taking a can of mace and chugging it

I have my picture on the wall at Sawadee's Thai in Spring Lake, NC for eating 10 star Basil Chicken.
I have had no problem with hot sauces derived from normal ingredients like ghost chilis and habaneros. It must be my Cajun blood.
Most of the novelties use pepper extracts that cause more pain than flavor. Why do that?
