Who do your recommend near your bases?

Physical therapy * Deep tissue massage * Myofascial release (MRF) * Active release technique (A.R.T.) * Chiropractic * Float tanks * Accupuncture

So far, the best I've had was A.R.T., but the practitioners are few and far in between. I found it at Element Sports Performance in Seattle, and the chiropractor, Dr. Young, alleviated all the pain where physical therapists, chiropractors, and masseuses all failed. He interned with the Seattle Seahawks, so I guess he has that going for him, as well. What's the best form of therapy you have received to relieve your injuries and chronic pain?2018-04-23T10:00:09-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3569420

What have you heard about and what works? Worked wonders once he started re-aligning my spine. Made all my pain go away. You just have to remember to do the exercises they give you to help keep it in place.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 23 at 2018 12:45 PM2018-04-23T12:45:53-04:002018-04-23T12:45:53-04:002018-04-23T10:00:09-04:00
