If I were her NCO/Cadre and I were presented this information, I would strongly recommend a 15-6. And if the investigation came back with findings matching what is accused, then I would fully recommend a Field Grade Article 15 with dismissal from Service with nothing higher than a Bad Conduct Discharge.

As for what the normal outcome is, that is up to the Commander and Legal.

Also, if you haven't done so, I would recommend you seek a Divorce Lawyer and start the proceedings now. Naturally seeking full custody and child support. I am curious, though. Did she confess these things to you? If so, were they verbal, written (letter/text/email), or were you notified by someone else?Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 29 at 2018 3:40 PM2018-09-29T15:40:27-04:002018-09-29T15:40:27-04:00SGM Bill Frazer4006395

Look at the UCMJ- Adultery, violating orders, etc. Adultery can be Art 134. Art 92, Art 98 cover disobeying orders, disobeying policies- All this is up to the School commander, can result is any punishment up to Chapter/ Court-martial. It would be in the hands of the Commander and take as long as necessary.Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Sep 29 at 2018 9:45 PM2018-09-29T21:45:35-04:002018-09-29T21:45:35-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member4007581

I would recommend that you raise these concerns with the language school leadership. The problem with an adultery charge is the burden of proof. Without one or both of the parties involved admitting infedility or photographic evidence, proving it always turns into a he said/she said. Now, if you have documented proof, hand copies over to the SM’s leadership and your lawyer.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 30 at 2018 11:11 AM2018-09-30T11:11:25-04:002018-09-30T11:11:25-04:002018-09-29T13:36:38-04:00
